“ Thoroughly enjoyed this experience, the crew were very friendly, helpful and informative, we had a bub with us and staff very helpful, however, we were not told ahead of time that there really was no room for a pram, but it was no drama in the end as we stowed the pram away. We will definitely do this again!

Just amazing! The humpback whales jumping out of the water were magnificent! We left the harbour half an hour later than the original schedule. The captain led us to the ocean and finally found the whales alongside a group of swimmers who were trying to swim with the whales. Getting some medicine for sea sickness is necessary for people who have a journey on the ocean the first time. It’s my personal advice.

Excellent boat and crew. They did their best to make everyone comfortable. Despite their best efforts and seasick pills, quite a number of passengers fell ill due to the sea swells. For those who managed to keep their food in, they were rewarded with sights of whales breaching around the boat. Enjoyable trip if you have sea legs.

I did do this tour last year with my friends. Had a great time. Took a while before we found a whale. But when we did it was amazing. A mother with her young and a nanny. They swim close to the boat for a while. The crew was great. The captain could tell a lot of interesting facts about whales. Besides seeing the whales it was a nice boat trip.

The Whale One team were amazing! They had great customer service, were polite and the captain was very knowledgeable. Despite being the end of the season, they were still able to find us a mother and a calf whale heading down south. We got so close to them and the captain made sure that all sides of the boat were able to have a look. Terrific crew and experience would highly recommend!

The staff was very nice

The staff was very nice, careful and helping. It didn't take long to find whales, the spot area was great (nice view + explanation about whale's life by the crew). The weather at the end was very bad, but everything has been done to imitate the inconvenience.

Had a really lovely morning out on Whale One with the family! The captain was very informative, funny and friendly. We got to see multiple whales and calves which was great! Sea was a little rough but that didn't hinder the experience.

We did a whale watching tour from Mooloolaba on Whale One. The captain was very informative and did manage to find a mother and calf and followed them for quite some time. Being an experience involving wild animals results aren’t always positive but our tour was. I would recommend this tour to anyone and in my opinion, it represents excellent value for money. The boat we went out on was clean and well maintained with a reasonable amount of room for everyone to get a good chance to see the whales. We also managed to see a small pod of dolphins on the way back to the marina.

It was amazing to see the whales so close! The captain did well to follow the whales that we could see them always good. We have been lucky and saw a whale playing with dolphins :) We took some great photos of the whales with the skyline of the Sunshine Coast in the background. Just 4 stars because the tour lasts just 2.5h instead of 3h.

Great anticipation was met with a friendly, informative and honest crew on Whale One. It was not long before whales were found giving us a great show. They are huge majestic animals leaving us feeling elated with their display. I definitely recommend this tour.
